Design :  The proposal relates to the existing scale of the College.
Merging and emerging from the background geometries the buildings reconnect
the two parts of the campus with each other and with Pearse Street.

Within the composition of the College layout Pearse Street Development is
the only built fabric linking the Western historic core to the Eastern
science end.

A new axis of entry would form a rotational balance with the Dawson Street
approach, reinforcing College Park as the central space of the campus.
