Brief :  Leidsche Rijn is a new town of 80,000 people adjacent to Utrecht. Waterwin is its central park and source of water supply. The site for the kindercluster is at the corner where the park meets the urban network. Located between street and park, two schools share cultural, preschool, afterschool and sporting facilities.
