Brief :  The pavilion was designed in response to the content of Briand Maguires paintings which dealt principally with closed institutions (prison) and personal relationships (love).

The artist architect collaboration represented Ireland at the 11 Cities / 11 Nations exhibition in the Netherlands and was re-erected for the inaugural exhibition in the courtyard of the Irish Museum of Modern Art.
